3. Stating out loud that you're stuck in your head. Actually saying "I'm stuck in my head" removes all the pressure and leaves no expectations
In a vulnerable moment in the series, Luke notes that he's the type of guy that says "Yeah, you too" after a cashier says "Enjoy your meal." Luke's studies of social anxiety situations allows him to relate to his audience in an entertaining and educational way.
