Integrative Change, a Miami Based Business Network Dedicated to Integrating and Education Health Professionals, Celebrates Its 3rd Anniversary

Miami, FL (PRWEB) September 14, 2013

September marks the third year of a rapidly-growing business network specifically created for health care professionals. The Integrative Change network consists of three chapters, two chapters running in South Florida and one in New York City. The prospective members of the chapters all specialize in different areas of traditional medicine, alternative medicine and mental health. Each chapter meets on a monthly basis for the purposes of business networking, collaboration, and consultation. “Health care professionals can be great clinicians but typically not skilled in business and networking. Our organization offers education and tools in business networking as well as unique opportunity to build relationships with other local specialists for the purposes of cross referrals. It is important for health professionals to have a diversity of referral sources, especially as many of them are working out of network or with a concierge model,” states Brad Kerschensteiner, President of Integrative Change. As health care professionals are known for struggling with isolation and patient-care burnout, Integrative Change becomes a critical resource for self-care and growing one’s business.

Members benefit from non-competitive environment and enjoy category exclusivity, in which they are the only member to represent a specific clinical specialty (e.g. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) for their geographic area. This approach prevents competition between the members and promotes a collaborative spirit. Members are encouraged to help other members whether it is referring them a client, helping them with a business resource or consulting on a case. Members receive a number of professional development tools including a 360 Business Assessment in which they identify blind-spots in their practice and then develop effective business strategies. “Integrative Change allows you to consult with and refer to some of the top specialists in the area. You simply won’t find that anywhere else. All health professionals should become a member of this fantastic organization” says Yoav Suprun, owner of Sobe Spine in Miami, Florida.

Members researched, screened, guaranteed to meet group standards. Each member’s background is carefully screened and they must have advanced clinical experience and training in order to become a member. Each member receives a customized profile on the Integrative Change website, which serves as a resource for both members and consumers. “Integrative Change put us in touch with a specialist located in the immediate area with complete expertise in the appropriate field. This took less than an hour and we are completely satisfied with the results”, says Jon B., a client who uses the service.

Future plans show promise as the organization’s goal is to expand its high-quality business network within South Florida and New York City. Kerschensteiner says, “We have developed a vehicle for health care professionals to successfully network and expand their businesses. We look forward to continued growth and integration of these great practitioners”.
