Integrated Benefits Institute Announces Availability of 2007 IBI Benchmarking Data for Employers to Evaluate Effectiveness of their Health and Productivity Programs

Benefits, Whirlpool Corporation. "IBI's disability and workers' compensation benchmarking database enables us to gather, track and analyze data related to disability and employee absences to positively influence the health of employees."

The data sets will support the development of new measurement tools for employers in 2009.

"The inclusion of group health data and new access to absence and presenteeism information through the Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ) database now residing at IBI, puts IBI in a unique position to help employers that are vision rich and data poor," said Thomas Parry, PhD, president of IBI. "In 2009, IBI will develop additional tools that will provide all an employer needs to help them understand the full costs of absence, lost productivity and health."
