Date:4/9/2008

PITTSBURGH, April 9, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- InteGreat, a MED3OOO company that delivers EHR technology to physician groups, IPAs, and multi-specialty clinics, was recently selected by the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA), in Columbus, OH, to participate in the Standards of Excellence Program developed by OSMA to help physician groups make the EHR decision-making process faster and easier.

The OSMA Standards of Excellence Program is available exclusively to OSMA members and identifies vendors who have voluntarily agreed to include physician-friendly terms in their contracts with medical practices. In addition, these vendors provide the OSMA members with preferred pricing. InteGreat has been named to the list of qualified vendors that have been selected to participate in the OSMA's program. To be recognized as a participant in the OSMA's program, vendors must agree to meet the Standards of Excellence criteria including transfer of ownership of software licenses, amount and timing of deposits and payments, and the cost of future licenses. Also, EMR vendors participating in the OSMA's program must be certified by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT).

"We are committed to providing the most easy-to-use, intuitive electronic health record, practice management and patient portal solutions. As our clients will attest, our solutions enable physician group practices to improve patient care, enhance productivity, eliminate paperwork and gain a rapid return-on-investment -- all without cutting back patient schedules during implementation. The OSMA agreement will provide medical groups associated with the statewide association with the reassurance that our contracts, fees and license agreement fall in line with the OSMA standards," said David Koeller, Division President of InteGreat Concepts, Inc., a MED3OOO company.
