SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Move Free Dancers, a recreational performing dance troupe of active adults, age 50 and above, were unveiled today by Schiff(R), the makers of Move Free(R) Advanced. Led by celebrity choreographer Johnnie P., the Move Free Dancers' mission is to inspire people of all life stages to keep moving, maintain strong and healthy joints, and do the things they love to do, at any age. Through their dance moves and positive attitudes, they would like to educate adults about the importance of staying physically fit and provide examples of adults, 50+ who are living active, fulfilling lives.
"In the Move Free Dancers, we have an incredible group of inspirational men and women, and we really want to get the message out that just because you are 50 or older you don't have to let joint discomfort get in the way of your dance moves," said Johnnie P., celebrity choreographer for the Move Free Dancers. "Styles may have changed over the years, but dance is more popular than ever these days -- and it's an easy, fun form of exercise that just about everyone can do."
