Innoventz Certified to Score Both the SF-36v2 and SF-12v2 Health Surveys

A's guidelines regarding electronic records and signatures. Surveys are scored in real time utilizing QualityMetric certified algorithms, and responses saved in the web-based Oracle remote data capture (RDC) interface. The PRO data and associated scores are captured as part of the overall clinical data set and all changes are captured in the audit trail. QualityMetric has determined that Innoventz is administering the survey forms appropriately and has the latest and most accurate scoring algorithms in place.
