Injury Law Firm Block O'Toole & Murphy, LLP Spreads The Word About Its Annual Autumn Wine Tasting Event To Benefit The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Date:9/25/2013

New York, NY (PRWEB) September 25, 2013

The 21st annual Autumn Wine Tasting Event to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is being held on October 17, 2013 at 6:30pm at Guastavino's in Manhattan, according to this St. Jude announcement. This link also provides information about how to buy tickets to the event, donate or become a sponsor. The event features premier foods and wines, as well as a variety of silent auction and raffle prizes. It is being held at the historic New York venue Guastavino's, which provides a beautiful and fun venue for this important cause. All proceeds go to St. Jude, an organization devoted to the treatment and research of catastrophic pediatric diseases such as cancer.

The chief sponsor and organizer of this annual event is the New York personal injury law firm Block O'Toole & Murphy, LLP. The event Chairman is firm Partner Stephen J. Murphy, who noted, "We are very excited about this year's Wine Tasting event for St. Jude. Our firm has made a commitment to support St. Jude in any way that we can. It really all comes down to helping kids who are in need."

Added Committee Member and firm Partner David L. Scher, "St. Jude is a tremendous organization. For over 50 years, they have been caring for sick children and at the cutting edge of research aimed at raising survival rates and eradicating these dreadful diseases. 7,800 patients visit St. Jude every year, and no family pays for anything at the hospital. We are proud that our Wine Tasting event has raised millions for this worthy cause, but there is still much work to be done."1
