Inflexxion, creator of online behavioral health assessment programs including the Addiction Severity Index-Multimedia Version (ASI-MV®) and Comprehensive Health Assessment for Teens (CHAT®), has partnered with Hazelden, one of the world's most respected nonprofit behavioral health organizations, to offer the ASI-MV and CHAT behavior health assessment tools to organizations throughout the United States.
“We are excited and proud that Hazelden, the premier publisher of Behavioral Health solutions for providers, has chosen the ASI-MV and CHAT as part of its overall adult and adolescent continuum of care solutions,” says Mike Waldron, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Inflexxion. “These tools allow for consistent, systematic data collection across multiple agencies or locations giving clinicians a powerful analytical tool to assess and monitor client progress in real-time. The data collected by ASI-MV and CHAT is a critical component in measuring outcomes required by the Affordable Care Act.”
“Healthcare reform is changing the way behavioral health providers deliver services. Hazelden Publishing has a responsibility to provide our customers with the best tools in the marketplace that will meet Reform requirements. ASI-MV and CHAT, when partnered with our evidence-based curricula and recovery management print and digital tools, offer our customers a complete solution suite that meet every new requirement relevant to behavioral health providers,” says Kris Van-Hoof, Executive Director of Content Innovations at Hazelden.
Earlier this year, with funding from a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) grant, Inflexxion and Hazelden partnered to create an intervention program for adolescents in substance abuse treatment that reinforces the skills and philosophies they learn in treatment through online interactive exercises, writing activities and access to a supportive, online community. The program will be available to adolescents during and after treatment to help them navigate challenges during early recovery.
“Inflexxion’s history of developing technology-based programs for substance abuse treatment, combined with Hazelden’s expertise in creating and distributing behavioral health solutions, makes for a powerful partnership in terms of knowledge, innovation and reach,” says Nick Motu, Publisher and Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Hazelden.
Inflexxion develops scientifically-based, interactive technologies that help people improve their lives through behavioral change.
