CANTON, Mich., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Technology Services (CTS), (http://www.ctsmius.com) announced that it has signed an agreement to renew its long- term contract assembly agreement with Independence Technology, a Johnson & Johnson Company, to provide assembly services for the iBOT(TM) 4000 Mobility System, the worlds most advanced and sophisticated multi-functional mobility device.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CTS went through a management buyout from well-known automotive supplier MSX International, last year. Although CTS is continuing to diversify in the medical device industry, it has enjoyed the strength of its anchor customers such as this Johnson and Johnson Company.
