Inclinix, Inc. Announces Executive Management Team Changes

WILMINGTON, N.C., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Inclinix, Inc., an enrollment contract research organization (CRO) and provider of clinical trial recruitment solutions, announced today the following changes to its executive management team:

-- Steven M. Agnoff, has joined the company in the position of Vice

President of Marketing and Product Management. In this role, Mr. Agnoff

provides strategic direction to the corporate marketing and product

marketing functions of the company and oversees product management

efforts. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Agnoff held executive

leadership and business development roles with organizations including

PDI, Inc., PharmaKon, Fenner PLC, Efson, Inc. and Interroll

Corporation.

-- Daniel D. Marks, has joined the company as Vice President of Corporate

Development. In this role, Mr. Marks is responsible for the evaluation

and execution of Inclinix's strategic investments, joint ventures and

acquisitions. Before joining Inclinix, he held executive management

roles within the technology and medical services sectors.

-- Jeffrey L. Bagshaw, has been named Senior Vice President of Sales. In

this role, Mr. Bagshaw is responsible for leading sales operations of

Inclinix. Prior to this role, he served as vice president of medical

marketing and communications at Inclinix. Prior to joining Inclinix,

Mr. Bagshaw held sales and marketing leadership roles at organizations

including Hoffman La Roche, Bristol Myers Squibb and Exact Sciences.

Newly-reporting to Mr. Bagshaw is:

-- Susan A. Jalbert, who has joined the company as Director of North

American Sales. In this role, Ms. Jalbert has responsibility for

managing strategic client relationship development and tactical sales

efforts with Inclinix's expanded sales team. Prior to joining

Inclinix, Ms. Jalbert held sales and business development leadership

positions at Medidata Solutions, Relsys International, Inc., Domain

Pharma Corporation, Neuromedical Systems, Inc. and the Corning

Nichols Institute. Now reporting to Ms. Jalbert are:

- Ashley Amstutz, sales executive;

- Jeffrey Cazeault, sales executive;

- Svetlana Gorodetsky, sales executive;

- Matt Granger, sales executive;

- Askold Kozbur, sales executive;

- Tom McCollum, senior sales executive;

- Stephen Scaldaferri, sales executive; and

- Christine Ward, sales executive.
