In A Study, People Prefer Using Virtual Reality For Losing Weight

On a report written for sciencedaily.com, it was discovered by the International Food Information Council Foundation that half of consumers were actually interested in including more protein in their diets, and 37% thinks that successful weight loss is more guaranteed when protein is integrated into their diet. In a recent study, it was found that a high amount of women who took in more protein into their diet actually lost weight.

Across a national sample of individuals, almost 2,000 midlife women (40 to 60 years of age) were asked to “describe perceptions about protein sources and requirements, identify the reported frequency of using the 'eating more protein’ practice to prevent weight gain, and compare reported protein intake to reported frequency of using the ‘eating more protein’ practice to prevent weight gain.”

A high majority of the women correctly identified good sources of protein, and were able to indicate the correct daily amount of dietary energy recommended from protein. 43% of women knew that eating more protein as a practice actually helped them lose weight. Over a two year time period, the use of the “eat more protein” practice helped women lose weight.

Aside from ingesting protein to help your body lose weight, another way to lose weight is through utilizing diet supplements.
