Imprelis Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of Multiple Property Owners Nationwide Who Allege Imprelis Use Resulted In Extensive Tree Damage and Death, Reports Wright & Schulte
Date:5/25/2013

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) May 25, 2013

The product liability lawyers at Wright & Schulte, LLC have filed an Imprelis lawsuit on behalf of 23 property owners who live throughout the U.S. This case (case no. N13C-04-280 EMD) was filed on April 25, 2013 and names E.I. DuPont De Nemours and Co. as the defendant. As with previously filed Wright & Schulte Imprelis lawsuits, this case will be litigated in the Superior Court of Delaware, New Castle County.

This Imprelis lawsuit alleges that, due to the use Imprelis, many of the trees and other plant life on the plaintiffs’ properties were irreversibly damaged, if not killed. Additionally, this case contends that DuPont misrepresented the safety and effectiveness of Imprelis to consumers and that, even when consumers began reporting Imprelis tree damage, DuPont attributed these claims to improper application of the herbicide, rather than potential dangers or problems with Imprelis.
