NBC 10 and CHIP, Pennsylvania's program to provide health insurance to all uninsured children and teens, are teaming up to bring you an exciting free seminar. This event will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 6:30-8PM, at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) located at 34th Street and Civic Center Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pa. 19104.

CHIP covers doctor visits, prescriptions, dental, eye care and much more. Best of all, there is no income limit to enroll in the program.
