Impact with Martin Sheen Reporting on New Ways to Help Students with Learning disorders

The producers of Impact with Martin Sheen are pleased to announce a July debut for a new report into how educators, therapists, and parents can all work together to help children with learning disorders get a better chance in the classroom.

Impact Martin Sheen is an independently produced television series airing in markets around the country on public television. The program is hosted by the legendary Martin Sheen, who is marking the start of his second half-century in American entertainment in 2013. Mr. Sheen has developed a reputation as one of Hollywood’s most respected actors during a career that includes more than 60 film appearances.

Martin Sheen Impact is talking to therapists about the options to help students who are struggling in the classroom because of learning disorders. In this new report from Martin Sheen PBS, audiences will see how teachers are getting new tools to help students achieve in the classroom even when faced with the additional challenges of these disorders. Using new techniques to help identify disorders and then find new ways to teach students, these teachers are showing students the way to better grades and more success in school.
