U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization: What To Expect During The Naturalization Process

This seminar will offer legal residents, employers, employees, attorneys and paralegals an overview of the naturalization process. The discussion will cover a variety of topics, including the following: N-400, Preparing For the Naturalization Interview and Examination, Offenses That Trigger Bars to Naturalization and Possible Deportation, N-600, Derivative Citizenship and Acquired Citizenship, Dual Nationality Issues. The discussion will conclude with a Q&A session. Attendees will receive 10% off the legal fees of any Naturalization application commenced in 2009. Understanding H-1b Visas (Employment Visa)

This seminar will be beneficial to employers, employees, attorneys and paralegals who want to understand how the H-1B Petition process works for American companies that utilize temporary professional workers in H-1B classification. For the first time in several years, the H-1B visa cap has not been met on the first day that H-1B visas have been available.
