Ian Lawton Announces the Premier of Soulseeds Radio on PRX with Half-Hour Shows of Wit, Wisdom, and Live Musical Performances at C3 Exchange in Grand Haven, MI.
Date:4/17/2013

Grand Haven, Michigan (PRWEB) April 17, 2013

Soulseeds Radio offers a lively series of half-hour performances at C3 Exchange that features the inspiring commentary, wit and wisdom of progressive philosopher Ian Lawton, together with live performances by special musical guests.

In each timely episode, Ian Lawton shares his powerful and hope-filled perspective on the issues of the day. While his path has taken him far away from his hometown of Sydney, Australia and out of mainstream religion, Ian aims for authentic awareness, exploring different topics with listeners on living mindfully and passionately in the world.

Renowned singer-songwriter Brian Vander Ark (of the multi-platinum selling band The Verve Pipe) brings international music and talent to Soulseeds Radio, focused on those rising performers who are part of an acoustic renaissance of folk and original music.

Soulseeds Radio is recorded live at C3 Exchange, an inclusive spiritual community that meets regularly at the Grand Haven Community Center on Sundays. C3 is a progressive oasis in a very conservative region, located just a short walk from the lighthouse on Lake Michigan in Grand Haven, Michigan. All are welcome and invited to come as you are.

"The focus of Soulseeds Radio and C3 Exchange is to reach out and lift up those who are outside of traditional religion. We all need Community - a sense of connection where we can be who we are," said Lawton. "Our community is made up of Atheists, Agnostics, LBGT, Progressive Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, and Spiritualists. Our focus is on what it means to be human, and how we can improve ourselves and our world to live happier, more authentic lives. We discuss the issues of the day in ways not found on the news."

Soulseeds Radio may be heard as a 1/2 hour podcast at PRX.org/Soulseeds or interested listeners may subscribe or downloaded to itunes to play it on their iPod or Smartphone.

For more information on attending a live presentation, go to our website at C3 Exchange.org or contact C3 Exchange by emailing frontdesk(at)c3exchange(dot)org or calling 616-842-1985. We meet each Sunday at 9:00 AM for small groups, 10:00 AM for large group, 11:00 AM for Small Bites, and 11:30 for Talk Back. Baby and toddler care is provided, and we offer a creative children's program focused on positive values, art, and music.
