an using alternative methods such as an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.”

Located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Mobile X-Ray Imaging provides care to more than 36,000 patients every year. According to Maynard, they have been so pleased with the speed and accuracy of performing Medicare eligibility checks directly from their computers, they recently added claims inquiries to IVANS LIME to further streamline efficiencies and accelerate the payment cycle.
