IQS To Automate Supplier Scorecard Management and Lab Accreditation

FHI will leverage IQS to monitor the quality of products for global donor programs, automate costly lab accreditation procedures for ISO 17025, and ensure efficient lab operations.
FHI monitors products and services from a variety of global suppliers, including major pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, all over the globe. FHI's disparate systems and manual processes for managing supplier quality and generating supplier scorecards had become laborious and costly. IQS was able centralize and provide real-time insight into supplier quality and to automate scorecard management.
