IMNG relaunches Internal Medicine News Digital Network and Hospitalist News Digital Network
Date:10/7/2010

Morristown, New Jersey, 7 October 2010 International Medical News Group (IMNG), an Elsevier company that provides medical news to physicians, today announced the relaunch of its websites for Internal Medicine News (www.internalmedicinenews.com) and Hospitalist News (www.ehospitalistnews.com).

Internal Medicine News Digital Network is the online destination and multimedia properties of Internal Medicine News, the independent news publication for internal medicine specialists. Since 1968, Internal Medicine News has been the leading source of news and commentary about clinical developments in internal medicine, as well as health care policy and regulations that affect the physician's practice.

Hospitalist News Digital Network is the online destination and multimedia properties of Hospitalist News. Launched in 2008, Hospitalist News is an independent monthly newspaper for specialists in hospital-based medicine that features clinical, health policy, and regulatory news that is specifically tailored to the practice needs of hospitalists.

The goal of these revamped sites is to help visitors stay current, save time, and gain perspective. These new web portals feature breaking news and hot topic sections relevant to each specialty, such as cardiovascular disease/heart failure, infectious diseases and pain for Hospitalist News and depression, diabetes, and women's health for Internal Medicine News. Also available on each site are blogs and commentaries from respected leaders in the field, videos, and podcasts. Other site features include job search and recruitment, interactive meeting calendar, subscription renewal, and more.

Alan Imhoff, President of International Medical News Group, said, "With the relaunch of Internal Medicine News Digital Network and Hospitalist News Digital Network, IMNG continues with its goal to give its readers access to medical news and information where, when and how they want it."
