I-Therapeutix, Inc. Announces Company Name Change

WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- I-Therapeutix, Inc. announced today that it has changed its corporate name to Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. Amar Sawhney, President and CEO, stated "the Company's new name more clearly articulates our mission in the ophthalmic marketplace as we pursue FDA clearance for our first product, the I-ZIP((R)) Ocular Bandage and develop ocular drug delivery therapies."

Starting today, the company has launched a new website, www.ocutx.com. All business activity moving forward will be conducted using the new name.
