Date:6/10/2013

Middletown, PA (PRWEB) June 10, 2013

On Monday, June 24, 2013, from 9:00-14:00, hydrotherapy experts, including a Premier League physiotherapist, will offer a practical, energetic seminar related to advanced water therapy in order to give attendees ways to help healthy athletes maintain their fitness levels through cross-training in a HydroWorx pool; and assist injured athletes in their quest to get back in the game as quickly and safely as possible.

This one-day event offers an introduction to the value of aquatic therapy for performance and rehabilitation. Throughout the informally-structured event featuring hands-on, experiential learning, participants will:

  •     Gain a better understanding of how aquatics and its variety of protocols can be used to treat common sports-related injuries.
  •     Learn the uniqu
