Hydrocephalus Association Proud to Announce Live Performance by Former Aerosmith Guitarist at Michigan News Agency in Kalamazoo, MI
Date:6/8/2013

Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) June 08, 2013

Dick Wagner will be available for press interviews before and/or after his June 12th live performance and book signing at the Michigan News Agency in Kalamazoo, MI. Former lead guitarist for Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, and Kiss, Mr. Wagner has found a new lease on life after being diagnosed and treated for Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), an incurable brain condition whose only treatment option is brain surgery. Approximately 375,000 adults are living with NPH in the United States, a condition that has come to be referred to as “the curable” dementia, as it is often misdiagnosed for Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease. After brain surgery and a shunt implantation, he is back on the musical circuit inspiring his wide fan base. Mr. Wagner's triumph over NPH is an integral part of his story.

The book signing and live performance will take place on June 12, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Michigan News Agency located at 308 W. Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI. His book signings are both compelling and emotional as he weaves his musical performance with his story telling. He will be promoting his newly released book, "NOT ONLY WOMEN BLEED, Vignettes from the Heart of a Rock Musician."

Mr. Wagner is available to press for interviews before and/or after the event. To schedule an interview, please contact Susan Michelson 602-920-8115.
