Hummingbird Reinvents Life Coaching with AboutMyLifeStages.com
Date:5/6/2009

New website helps employers encourage healthy, more balanced lifestyles in this turbulent economy.

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) May 6, 2009 -- Hummingbird Coaching Services has unveiled the newest version of its life coaching service, AboutMyLifeStages.com. The service enables employers to encourage healthy, balanced lifestyles among employees and positively impact health care costs and productivity.

Within the increasing “do more with less” corporate environment, employees are struggling with additional workload, survivor guilt after layoffs, and the ever-challenging balance between work and home, according to Sean Slovenski, chief executive officer.

“The reality is that we’ve never had the time to launch our own life coaching program website,” Slovenski said. “Over the past several years, we received continuing requests to private-label the service from our client organizations that have seen real benefits from our life coaching capabilities. The AboutMyLifeStages.com life coaching service delivers our proven coaching approach, now under our own brand name.”

The new AboutMyLifeStages.com website helps individuals make better life and health decisions, and reflects an evolution within coaching.

“AboutMyLifeStages.com reflects a growing awareness that individuals’ well-being is more than just their cholesterol, for example. They may have high cholesterol because they eat poorly, they may eat poorly because they are stressed, and they may be stressed over an issue with a relationship, finances or their work,” said Dr. Donna Mayerson, Hummingbird co-founder and chief coaching officer. “We often provide life coaching to deal with the person’s health
