How Much Weight Can They Lose in 90 Days?

LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- For the next 12 weeks eDiets and ExerciseTV will provide four people with award-winning, calorie-controlled in-home Meal Delivery service, personalized fitness plans using the free video-on-demand (VOD) workouts on ExerciseTV, nutrition advice, counseling and the tools to share their weight loss journey with the world.

Selected from more than 1500 applicants, the four Make Me Over contestants will document their challenges and triumphs over 90 days through written and video blogs on ExerciseTV.tv, while interacting with online viewers following their journey.

This is the first online weight loss program to combine workouts from a leading video-on-demand network with meals from a top meal delivery provider, that will allow participants to interact with their audience throughout their 90 day weight loss experience.
