House Health Care Bill Becomes Up To 38% More Understandable
Date:12/29/2009

iScroll and HeartheBill.org Release Free App for House Health Care Act

Comprehending the over 2000 pages contained within HR 3200, the House Bill that the recently passed Senate Health Care bill must now merge with, is about to become almost 40% easier for Americans thanks to a cooperative effort between Hearthebill.org and iScroll, developers of the evolutionary new duel-sensory reading App by the same name.

IScroll, one of the top 10 providers of app product available through the iTunes App Store, is a revolutionary new application for the iPhone that gives users the ability to a professionally narrated rendition of text while reading the text at the same time. According to the Center for Applied Special Technologies, the act of simultaneously reading and listening to information increases retention and comprehension up to 38%. iScroll founder and president Shawn Yazdani explains the reasoning behind the offer of a free iScroll App of the House Health Care Bill.

"If ever there were a document Americans needed to have a clearer understanding of, it's this one. There's so much debate, devisiveness and confusion and the bill itself is so long and detailed that we, and the people at HeartheBill.org, felt it was tailored made for the iScroll App approach. We both agreed that the iScroll Health Care Act App be made available to all Americans for free."

Kathleen Keesling, founder and spokesperson for HeartheBill.org describes the organization as a grass roots group of non-partisan professional voice talents who decided to contribute their skills to provide Americans with a tool to help them better understand the health care legislation.
