Hospital Focus 5 Announces Contract with Connecticut Hospital to Improve Quality, Productivity and Cost-Effectiveness

Burnsville, Minnesota (PRWEB) May 21, 2010 -- Hospital Focus 5, a hospital consulting company for transforming how hospitals work, is pleased to announce a new contract with Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Willimantic, Connecticut, a member of the Hartford Healthcare Corporation. WCMH is the third Hartford Hospital Corporation organization to have implemented the Hospital Focus 5 process.

Hospital Focus 5 will assist Windham Community Memorial Hospital in the development of a custom designed process to improve quality, productivity and cost effectiveness of its operations, with the end result being optimal patient outcomes, solid financial growth and enhanced patient, physician and employee satisfaction. The plan combines the Hospital Focus 5 methodology with the work already accomplished by the hospital in their Commitment to Excellence.
