Hooper Holmes to Exhibit at the 2007 Sixth Annual Association of Home Office Underwriters Conference

BASKING RIDGE, N.J., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hooper Holmes, Inc. (Amex: HH) today announced that its Portamedic, Heritage Labs and Underwriting Solutions divisions will exhibit at the 2007 6th Annual Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) Conference from October 21-24, 2007. The conference, Passport to Excellence, is sponsored by AHOU and is being held at The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto, Canada. Hooper Holmes and its Portamedic, Heritage Labs and Underwriting Solutions divisions will be sharing their technologies and industry experience at conference booths 21, 22 and 23.

Hooper Holmes' Portamedic, Heritage Labs and Underwriting Solutions divisions provide customers in the life insurance industry with premiere exam services, lab testing and underwriting support.

9,000 examiners, Portamedic can arrange a medical exam anywhere in the

-- Processing about 3.8 million specimens a year, Heritage Labs is on the

cutting edge of testing technology as an FDA registered manufacturer of

blood collection kits and one of the first national labs to integrate

and automate lab instrumentation into one bar code.

300,000 cases a year, with a fully certified, full-time staff of
