Hologic to Release Third Quarter Fiscal 2009 Operating Results on Monday, August 3, 2009

BEDFORD, Mass., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Hologic or the Company) (Nasdaq: HOLX), a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women, today announced plans to release its third quarter fiscal 2009 operating results on Monday, August 3, 2009 after market close. In conjunction with the release, management will host a conference call on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. (eastern).

Interested participants may listen to the call by dialing 877-719-9795 or 719-325-4836 for international callers and referencing code 3579474 approximately 15 minutes prior to the call on August 3rd. For those unable to participate in the live broadcast, a replay will be available one hour after the call ends through Friday, August 14, 2009 at 888-203-1112 or 719-457-0820 for international callers, access code 3579474.
