Holland & Hart Welcomes Kelly McIntosh to the Firm’s Business, Corporate and Finance and Healthcare Practices

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly McIntosh to the firm’s business, corporate and finance and healthcare practices. McIntosh is based out of the firm’s Reno office.

McIntosh focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory healthcare and business law matters. She advises clients on business formation matters, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, including entity selection, organizational document preparation and licensure. In her health law practice, McIntosh counsels physicians, hospitals, insurers and other healthcare providers through administrative hearings, licensing, fraud and abuse investigations, credentialing and medical staff issues. She also helps clients in structuring relationships between providers in compliance with Federal and state laws and regulations, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.

“Kelly is a welcome addition to our healthcare practice in northern Nevada, and she also brings tremendous experience to our established business, corporate and finance practice,” said Holland & Hart Northern Nevada Administrative Partner James Newman.

McIntosh is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) through the Compliance Certification Board. Her compliance activities include assisting clients with matters related to HIPAA, HITECH and other Federal and state laws and regulations. She also assists clients with compliance auditing activities and in the development and implementation of corporate compliance plans.
