His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda Announces Yogic Strategies for Health

For the first time ever, His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda gave a completely new understanding to the eight strategies of Yoga as path for optimum health. He revealed new light on three strategies namely yama, niyama and asana. He said, "The first strategy is Integrity, Yama which involves being integrated in all five dimensions of satya, asteya, aparigraha, brahmacharya and ahimsa. With integrity one starts owning their body. Whenever a disease happens, one's integrity in owning the body without giving up on the body is the first step. Integrity in words one utters to oneself and others is satya. Integrity in owning and disowning, is asteya. Owning only which has been earned and not trying to own things of others is asteya. Whole world suffers so much with this pattern of trying to own other's things. Largest crime happening on planet earth is trying to grab other's things. Thousands of murders are committed because of that. If somehow human beings can be taught this one integrity of not trying to own others things, world will become the most beautiful place to stay. Trying to own others pattern is the most chaotic pattern on the planet earth. When collective minds try to own others' things they commit the crime of wars. Unfortunately instead of trying to own what is one's own, which is the mind, body and consciousness, people try to own everything which are others things. One should bring integrity into ownership of what is our own, our body, our mind, our consciousness.
