Conference Call Scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, 2008

LANCASTER, Pa., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) expects to release First Quarter Financial Results after the market closes on Tuesday, December 16, 2008.

A Conference Call has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Interested parties may join the conference by dialing: (888) 425-4188 referencing Conference ID # 77420347.
