Hennepin County, Minnesota Selects Lagan Human Services(TM) to Support Human Services and Public Health Department e-Government Initiative

constituents

BETHESDA, Md., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Lagan, a provider of enterprise case management solutions that streamline the delivery of public services to constituents, today announced that Hennepin County, Minnesota has selected Lagan Human Services(TM) to support the county's e-Government initiative for its Human Services and Public Health Department (HSPHD). The offering, part of the award-winning Lagan Enterprise Case Management(TM) (ECM) suite of solutions, will support the County's Direct Connect and Specialized Housing initiatives to provide easier and more consistent access to information and services for constituents.

The goal of the Direct Connect project is to allow the more than one million residents of the County to obtain what they need, be it basic information or multiple services, through any point of contact - via the web, telephone, face-to-face, fax and email. The goals of the Specialized Housing project are to locate appropriate housing vacancies for HSPHD clients as well as to analyze client data and service provider performance. Lagan Human Services will support the multichannel service delivery requirements and provide eligibility and case management for the County's government transformation initiatives.
