The partnership will enhance Heartland's already unparalleled customer service and transcription quality while expanding its capacity and increasing employee productivity and efficiency.

M*Modal will provide AnyModal CDS (Conversational Documentation Services), their next generation technology that combines speech recognition and natural language understanding to capture and comprehend medical dictation, transforming it into electronic files that can be easily accessed and shared.
