HeartMath's sister organization, the Institute of HeartMath, has dedicated more than 17 years researching the physiology of stress, heart-brain interactions and performance. With more than sixty-five published research studies they have significantly contributed to both the scientific and practical understanding of stress. The studies span diverse populations in laboratory, organizations, education and clinical settings demonstrating the effectiveness of the emotional self-regulation techniques included in this program.
