HeartMath Launches a Certification Program for Health Professionals that Targets Patients' Stress and Anxiety

This user friendly HRV technology engages patients and clients allowing them to observe and better understand the immediate impact emotions have on their heart rhythm patterns.

Emotional self-regulation techniques help an individual to switch their emotional state consciously. Research data shows these techniques are effective in producing immediate and sustained reductions in stress and its associated disruptive and dysfunctional emotions. In addition, these techniques have significant physiological benefits, including enhanced autonomic nervous system balance as measured by HRV, reduced cortisol levels and increased DHEA.
