Heart to Heart Adoption Announces Sub for Santa Program
Date:12/6/2012

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) December 06, 2012

Heart to Heart Adoption Utah is pleased to announce that it will again have the “Sub for Santa” program this year. This program provides gifts and other items to birth mothers and their children who need a helping hand, especially during Christmas. Heart to Heart reaches out to ask for support each year so that it can continue its mission of helping families in need.

According to the program director, Donna Pope, “At Heart to Heart Adoptions, we do realize that there are many families across America who need help during the Christmas season. We feel that if each of us who is able will do our part, then we can truly make a difference. We can give a beautiful Christmas to families who otherwise would have nothing.”

The Heart to Heart organization is a 501 (3) © non-profit adoption agency. They work with perspective adoptive families and birth mothers throughout the United States, providing homes for infants and toddlers regardless of race. They specialize in offering the acceptance and loving care that birth mothers often need but are not able to get from family members and friends.

Their web site features helpful things like “Adoption Profiles”, a page with photographs and information about each family hoping to adopt a baby. General information is available such as where the family lives, occupations, hobbies and a personal note from the family to the potential birth mom. It helps the birth moms to learn about potential homes and families they may be considering for their baby. Though this choice can often be very difficult for a birth mother, Heart to Heart works to help things go smoothly.

Financial support is available to birth moms when working with Heart to Heart Adoptions. They are given lovely, clean apartments in the Salt Lake City area where utility bills, clothing, groceries and other miscellaneous expenses are provided. Counseling sessions and social get-togethers are also an important part of the birth mom’s journey.

Heart to Heart Adoption Utah is hoping to raise thousands of dollars this year for their “Sub for Santa” program because they know that the more money they can raise, the more families they can help. Christmas can be very depressing for those who have lost their jobs or have no money to buy food and clothing for their kids. Heart to Heart brings a ray of Hope into what may be a very dark situation. They understand that often, the smallest gestures can mean so much to those who are suffering.

The staff at Heart to Heart Adoptions wishes everyone a wonderful and happy Christmas and invites you to visit their website for more information about the Sub for Santa program. If you or someone you know is struggling with an unwanted pregnancy, perhaps lost and alone, they encourage you to call and speak to someone about your situation. Heart to Heart Adoption cares!
