Healthy Aging Icon Ups Patient Motivational Levels, Signs His Personal Trainer To Age-Management Team
Date:3/7/2010

Age management medicine’s icon, Dr. Jeffry Life, just expanded his professional team, adding certified fitness specialist-expert and nutritionist counselor, Rod Stanley, to give patients 1:1 attention and superior fitness training

(PRWEB) March 7, 2010 -- Dr. Jeffry S. Life, national healthy aging expert and age management medicine icon, is boosting patient motivational levels by adding his personal trainer to the team at his healthy aging center. Rod Stanley, certified fitness specialist-expert and nutrition counselor, has managed Life’s fitness workouts and nutrition for the last three years—helping the 71-year-old physician maintain his famed chiseled physique and optimized health.

Starting this week, Life’s patients can experience the same results-driven inspiration Stanley delivers. His focus is designing individualized nutritional/fitness programs that fit a patient’s unique schedule while also maximizing health potential.

“Adding Rod to our age-management team is definitely going to give our patients the boost they need to stay on track and achieve their goals. The one-on-one attention he’ll provide as both an exercise and nutrition counselor—not to mention his innate ability to inspire people to go beyond their expectations—will be transformational in terms of realizing their healthy aging goals, “ Dr. Jeffry S. Life said. Life is the CEO of his Cenegenics-affiliate practice, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Stanley is a nationally certified fitness specialist with over 10 years experience in the industry, focused on weight-loss programs, exercise/fitness, muscle toning and body sculpting. He holds certifications in sports nutrition, physical kinesiology and resistance training. He developed a strong discipline from serving in the U.S Marine Corps, which he says helps him coach clients and challenge them to reach new fitness levels.

A passionate and natural bodybuilder, Stanley committed to several-hour workouts daily for six-month periods and earned various titles over the last few years: 2008 Muscle Mania Las Vegas Light Heavyweight Champ, 2007 Las Vegas Classic Novice Heavyweight Champ and 2007 Las Vegas Classic Overall winner.

“I’m excited to work with Dr. Life and his staff. I see this as a great opportunity to affect change and motivate patients to get serious about revamping their lifestyles to stay physically fit. My plan is to develop a relationship with all patients and follow through to ensure every personalized program is a proper fit. Then I’ll work closely with them monitoring that program, changing it up as needed so they succeed,” Stanley said.

In addition to working at Life’s age-management center, Stanley will continue on as personal trainer to Dr. Life and other clients.
