Bonefish Grill Introduces Sensational New Dishes

TAMPA, Fla., April 2, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- A new flight of healthful dishes straight from the Mediterranean is on its way to Bonefish Grill restaurants starting April 1. For years, studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet, rich in fresh fish, extra-virgin olive oil and colorful fruits and vegetables is a great choice for health and longevity. Inspired by the idea that healthy dining can be as delicious as it is beneficial, the "fresh fish experts" at Bonefish Grill set to work creating their new Mediterranean inspired dishes.

"To meet our standards, these recipes had to be as delicious as they are healthy," said Anthony Seta, Master Chef and VP of Product Development and Innovation. "But that's not difficult when you start with freshly caught fish that is delivered to our restaurants and hand-cut daily."

Specials being offered beginning April 1 will be dishes such as Mediterranean-style Atlantic Salmon made with Spanish virgin olive oil and dressed with vine-ripe olives and feta cheese. Other choices include Saucy Shrimp and Scallops with Feta, and Grilled Dorado with Artichokes and Basil. The restaurant will also feature a variety of red wines from the region and specialty drinks such as Strawberry Basil Lemonade made with citrusy Stolichnaya Ohranj vodka.

As always, the experts at Bonefish Grill have been traveling the world to bring the freshest wood-grilled fish and finest flavors home to neighborhoods around the country. The Mediterranean dishes, on the menu through May, are part of a series of five flavorful flights being introduced this year to celebrate the culinary cultures of the locales in which Bonefish Grill finds its unique varieties of fresh fish and recipes.
