Healthentic Welcomes Delta Dental Customers for User Group Conference, Strategy Sessions
Date:2/11/2013

Denver, CO (PRWEB) February 11, 2013

Healthentic, a Seattle-based technology company, recently hosted its second annual Healthentic Users Group (HUG) Conference in Denver, CO. Healthentic welcomed employees from Delta Dentals’ across the country – from Washington State to as far east as New Hampshire. The purpose of the HUG Conference was to further strategic relationships with users of the oral health-specific reports and tools that Healthentic offers to Delta Dental and their customers.

During the two-days of interactive sessions, the Dental Action Report, an oral health behavior report, and the Dental Medical Suite, report highlighting dental and medical at risk members for targeted outreach, were reviewed and future enhancements were mapped out. "This conference is one of the best ways to differentiate the Delta products from our competitors," said Jean McPheters, Oral Health Program Manager for Northeast Delta Dental.

Healthentic is owned by five Delta Dental entities from across the country and strives to educate employer groups on how to implement oral health initiatives at the workplace since many medical conditions can be avoided through proper dental care. "The oral health reports, created by Healthentic, take an in-depth look at claims data and turn that into an easy to read, understandable summary using numeric values. Employers clearly can see how their members’ oral health behaviors contribute to the overall health of the group. Using the Dental Action Report, an employer can actively engage with their members to improve oral health,” said McPheters.

In 2014, Healthentic plans to host another HUG Conference and potentially include their broker partners. Conference dates will be announced later this year.

On February 19th, 2013, Healthentic is officially launching their flagship product, the Wellness Decisionhttp://www.healthentic.com/blog/corporate-wellness-strategies/21913-save-the-date-for-the-wellness-decision-engines-official-launch Engine, which integrates medical, dental, pharmaceutical, HRA and productivity data into one seamless, easy to interpret online dashboard.
