Healthcare Success Strategies Names Stewart Gandolf CEO
Date:11/20/2013

IRVINE, CA (PRWEB) November 20, 2013

Healthcare Success Strategies, LLC, a leader in healthcare marketing has named Stewart Gandolf, MBA as the firm’s first CEO. Gandolf who founded the company as a partnership with Lonnie Hirsch seven years ago, now takes over the leadership position.

According to Gandolf, “Altogether we’d worked with more than 5,000 practices at previous agencies, so we understood the healthcare market. As a new business, we started by creating a website that truly talked to healthcare marketers and had business coming in almost immediately.”

They then grew the business by reaching out to publishers, supplying healthcare marketing articles and web content, and to healthcare-related corporations participating in speaking events for customers.

Mr. Hirsch told us, “As we grew, it became it became clear that we needed more of a corporate structure, with one person taking on the role of chief decision maker and Stewart seemed ideal for the role.” The new leadership comes at a time of significant change in the company’s direction.

Mr. Gandolf added that initially Healthcare Success Strategies provided advertising and branding for practitioners, but as the company evolved they began offering a much broader range of services, attracting larger group practices and hospitals.

Today the company is involved in all facets of healthcare marketing and works mainly with large practices and hospital clients as well as with manufactures and pharmaceutical companies.

“We provide six areas key to a truly successful marketing program,” Gandolf explains, “external advertising, professional referral building, online marketing, branding, publicity and the one piece that everyone else ignores, the patient experience.” He feels that this final component is what really sets HSS apart.

Where most agencies develop some form of advertising and branding for their clients, they tend to leave the client to fend for themselves when dealing with actual process of capturing and keeping new patients. HSS takes a more complete approach. The patient experience aspect of their plans includes staff training programs that helps to build personal relationships with new patients from the first phone call.

In addition to his appointment as CEO, Gandolf took the occasion of the company’s seventh anniversary to launch a new, more refined version of the company website, healthcaresuccess.com. “In our previous site,” Gandolf said, “we really had a lot going on visually, with a good deal of educational content being presented on the home page.” In keeping with more recent best practices the company has streamlined the home page and given the overall site an up-to-date facelift.

Along with his duties as CEO, Gandolf will also be take on the role of creative director, ensuring that client work maintains the marketing standards and success rate that the company has become known for.

Healthcare Success Strategies is a full-service healthcare marketing and medical advertising agency. The company serves hospitals, group practices healthcare corporations and pharmaceutical companies. Call (800) 656-0907 for more information, or visit the website at HealthcareSuccess.com.
