Healthcare Solutions Launches National Dental Program
Date:10/29/2013

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 29, 2013

Healthcare Solutions, the parent company of Cypress Care, Procura Management, ScripNet and Modern Medical, today announced the expansion of the company’s specialty healthcare services division to include dental services. The addition of dental services complements the company’s comprehensive suite of medical management solutions that assist customers in the workers’ compensation and auto/PIP markets reduce overall medical expenditures.

“Dental injuries are an often overlooked area of medical spending,” said Eileen Ramallo, executive vice president of specialty services for Healthcare Solutions. “It is essential for payers to utilize a partner who understands the complexities of dental injury claims and can help ensure claimants receive the most clinically appropriate treatment.”

Healthcare Solutions’ dental program offers referral management services and nationwide access to credentialed dental professionals who provide exceptional quality and care in dental services. Similar to all of the Healthcare Solutions’ services, the dental services program is clinically-based and employs utilization management strategies to contain costs and help ensure dental procedures are necessary and lead to optimal claimant outcomes.

“The addition of dental services further exemplifies Healthcare Solutions’ commitment to providing a complete, end-to-end medical management solution,” said Joe Boures, president and COO for Healthcare Solutions. “Through prospective and retrospective medical management strategies, we help our customers to control every aspect of medical spend associated with workers’ compensation and auto casualty claims.”

Healthcare Solutions is one of the only companies in the workers’ compensation and auto/PIP markets that provides a full spectrum of medical management solutions. The company’s solutions include pharmacy benefit management, specialty healthcare services, comprised of durable medical equipment and supplies, prosthetics and orthotics, home healthcare, catastrophic care coordination, modifications, diagnostic imaging, physical medicine, dental services, and transportation and language services, as well as managed care products including PPO networks, medical bill review, medical case management, and Medicare set-aside services.
