Healthcare Solutions Appoints Richard Leonardo to Chief Sales Officer

Healthcare Solutions, the parent company of Cypress Care, ScripNet and Procura Management, today announced the appointment of Richard Leonardo to the position of chief sales officer. In this position, Leonardo will direct Healthcare Solutions’ national sales team in support of the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Recognized in the property and casualty market for his leadership and expertise, Leonardo brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, client relations and operations to Healthcare Solutions’ leadership team, including extensive experience in executive management positions. Leonardo has a track record of success in leading companies to growth through well organized and established sales programs leveraging organizational strengths, sales executive development and leadership.

Most recently, Leonardo served as executive vice president at Medical Consultants Network (MCN) where he was responsible for managing the company’s sales, marketing and account management strategies. Prior to MCN, Leonardo provided sales leadership for the workers’ compensation division of Express Scripts. He also served as CEO of FairPay Solutions. In each of these positions, Rich led the organizations through periods of rapid growth through applying his expertise in sales and account management, organizational design, and process management and improvement. Leonardo offers a consultative, solutions-based approach to business development that works to identify solutions based on customer needs and goals. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in delivering solutions to help customers reduce medical expenses and improve operating efficiencies.
