CALGARY, June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL), the global leader in the rapidly growing market for digital radiography (DR), today announced that HealthPartners Medical Group of Indiana and Michigan has purchased IDC's 1600 Plus X-Series DR system. "We evaluated upgrading our analog X-ray to a computed radiography system, but it quickly became clear that we could generate greater throughput and treat more patients with fewer staff by implementing IDC digital radiography," said Cheryl Stanley, Surgical Specialties Department Manager for HealthPartners Group. "In addition, IDC's price for DR was competitive with CR, making the purchase of the X-Series a good decision in regards to both budget and patient care."
"The 1600 Plus is an excellent fit for a multi-location practice with high patient volume. We are proud that IDC's X-Series has been chosen by HealthPartners Group, which is esteemed for its excellent care throughout the Indiana and Michigan region."
