MINNEAPOLIS, March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Health Fitness Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: HFIT), a leading provider of integrated employee health and productivity management solutions, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007.
For the fourth quarter, revenue increased 12.5 percent to $19.2 million, from $17.1 million for the same period in 2006. Gross profit during the quarter was $5.2 million, compared to $4.6 million during the year-ago period.
Operating income totaled $0.40 million for the quarter compared to
$0.61 million for the same period in 2006. Net earnings applicable to
common shareholders totaled $0.21 million versus $0.46 million in the
prior-year period. Net earnings per diluted share totaled to $0.01 for the
