HealthCare Partners is being recognized as one of the top performing California physician groups by the Integrated Healthcare Association for the fifth straight year. HealthCare Partners is one of only four California Physicians groups in the greater Los Angeles area to receive this recognition.

(PRWEB) November 11, 2008 -- This is the fifth straight year that HealthCare Partners was named by the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) as one of the top performing California physician groups in the state. Every year, the IHA rates California physician groups in the key areas of clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and use of information technology in support of patient care.

Furthermore, HealthCare Partners is one of only California physician groups in the entire Los Angeles area to receive such distinction. The other California physician groups named by IHA as top performers are Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, UCLA Medical Group, and the Southern California Permanente Medical Groups associated with Kaiser Permanente.

The IHA is a not-for-profit, statewide healthcare collaborative that seeks to improve the quality of healthcare provided by California physicians through special projects, policies, and education.
