HealthCare Partners, IPA, Dr. Richard Merkin, CEO and Councilman Larry Seabrook Celebrate Salute to Our Heroes on 9/11

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ --- HealthCare Partners, IPA and Councilman Larry Seabrook, City Council Member for District 12 in the Bronx, celebrated an evening "Salute to our Heroes" on Friday September 11, 2009. More than 700 residents from Co-Op City joined in the salute with HealthCare Partners and Councilman Seabrook honoring community heroes including Mayor David Dinkins, Roscoe Brown, MD, Floyd J. Carter, Bishop Angelo M. Rosario, Bobby Hunter, Eddie Ellis, Ret. Major General Nathanial James, Honorable Ruth Hassle-Thompson, Hattie Harris, Dennis Rahiim-Watson and Commander Robert Feliciano.

HealthCare Partners, IPA represents cutting edge, accountable, managed, coordinated patient-doctor centric, cost effective health systems previewing the future of health care in the US. HCP was honored to co-sponsor the event recognizing the courageous efforts of the community heroes whose personal sacrifices are clear examples of leadership and patriotism.
