Nutritional Microscopy is growing increasingly more popular as a preventative strategy. It involves analysing the quality of a small sample of blood to evaluate the state of an individual's health at a cellular level, either before or after illness has surfaced. The concept is based on numerous research-based evidence that correct nutrition is the key to healthy blood, which in turn is vital for the prevention of numerous modern day diseases.

Health and nutrition blood analysis is already being used by a variety of holistic, medical and other health and wellness practitioners as an alternative means of gaining much needed insights into their clients' health conditions with a view to correcting them safely and effectively. The theory's premise is that eating an incorrect acid diet and making poor health and nutrition lifestyle choices, impose very much harder work on the body. This over-exertion can lead to fatigue, tirednesss and/or illnesses as the body over-taxes itself in an attempt to achieve its desirable PH balance level.

It is important to stress that microscopic health and nutrition live blood tests are not intended to 'diagnose' disease. What they will do is show up any body-chemistry imbalances, alerting the individual to possible future health challenges s/he might well encounter. For instance, the presence in the blood of cholesterol, hormonal imbalances, yeast, fungus, sugar intolerance, nutritional deficiencies, allergies, dysfunctions etc., Armed with his or her own unique findings, the aim is for the individual to then alkalise and energise the body with correct nutritional
intake.
