Health Dimensions Group Appoints Mary Nell Zellner as Senior Vice President of Consulting

Health Dimensions Group (HDG), one of the nation’s leading senior-focused health care management and consulting firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Nell Zellner as senior vice president of consulting, effective January 1. Zellner will provide management and direction setting for the firm’s national consulting practice, which provides senior care solutions for hospitals and health systems, skilled nursing and senior living providers, as well as home- and community-based initiatives. Zellner will also assist HDG in meeting the organization’s overall strategic initiatives.

(PRWEB) January 26, 2010 -- Health Dimensions Group (HDG), one of the nation’s leading senior-focused health care management and consulting firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Nell Zellner as senior vice president of consulting, effective January 1.

Zellner will provide management and direction setting for the firm’s national consulting practice, which provides senior care solutions for hospitals and health systems, skilled nursing and senior living providers, as well as home- and community-based initiatives. Zellner will also assist HDG in meeting the organization’s overall strategic initiatives.

Zellner joined HDG in January 2008 as vice president of operational services, and prior to joining HDG, she was a director of a Midwest-based long-term care consulting and management company. With more than 20 years of experience in the senior health care industry, Zellner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in consulting, as well as management.

“I’m excited that Mary Nell has accepted our offer to oversee our consulting practice,” said Craig Abbott, HDG CEO. “Mary Nell’s consulting experience and health care background will provide leadership and oversight for the consulting practice and help us realize our overall strategic objectives.”
Zellner earned a bachelor’s degree in business and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and a licensed social worker.
