Health Career Agents Announces SBA Pre-Approval Program to Launch a Healthcare Recruiting Business
Date:4/7/2009

hmann, Health Career Agents Chief Financial Officer. "If Health Career Agents knows that someone will be able to put the funding together, this new program lets us get them started immediately, so they can begin generating revenue."

The process to determine if this new Health Career Agents Program is suitable for an individual:

1. Request the Health Career Agents Sample Business Plan http://healthcareer-agents.com/ for starting a health care recruiting and staffing business.
2. Complete the Evaluation Process, including speaking with established Health Career Agents Members.
3. Meet with the Health Career Agents staff to assess funding options including SBA loans.
4. Get to work on arranging funding.

If Health Career Agents can pre-qualify a prospective Member for funding and they successfully complete the Evaluation Process, they can attend training and get started with their health care recruiting business as funding is being finalized.

That way, new Agents can kick start their business with participation in the Health Career Agents Accelerated Start-Up Program. Within a few weeks of training, the new Independent Agent can be presenting candidates of already established Health Career Agents Offices to potential employers.

These are "shared placement" transactions between separate Health Career Agents offices, so about half the fee goes to each, with a smaller percentage going to Health Career Agents.

Considering that the typical health care recruiting fee is in the $15,000 to $40,000 range, Health Career Agents knows there is significant benefit to this type of program. By assisting the new Member office in generating revenue as early on in their business as possible, Health Career Agents fortifies the long term odds of the Member's success.
