Headhunters Lice Removal Service Has Lice in Atlanta on the Run
Date:7/14/2009

ATLANTA, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- "Head lice are a huge problem and the numbers of cases continue to increase," stated Tommy Lambert, Founder and President of Headhunters Lice Removal Service. "However as big as the Atlanta area is, when our children had lice, there was just no help available. I knew we had to be a part of that solution."

Finding a viable solution was not as easy as Lambert would have thought. "I did a lot of research and finally reached out to Lice Solutions, a nonprofit organization in South Florida, which offered training and certification in lice and nit removal," Lambert explained. "They work closely with several universities, are actively involved in lice research and their director Katie Shepherd, is recognized among the top lice experts in the world. She has even published a new book 'Lice Advice'. I knew if we were going to do this we had to train with the best."

Now with the start of school just around the corner, Lambert stated he is ready to share that "hands on training" with families in the Atlanta area allowing them to keep their children in school and lice free. "Understanding what you are looking for and having the right technique is a big part of the solution. I quickly understood that there is no perfect product. It just doesn't exist. Having an effective technique however makes all the difference in the world." Lambert said that he has joined the ranks of companies across the US that all treat using The Shepherd Method of Strand by Strand Nit Removal. "It is a very thorough approach ensuring that you get all the lice and nits out and that you do it right the first time, thus preventing needless re-treatments," Lambert added. "It's reassuring knowing that there are companies from California to New York and in between, all trained, certified and treating the exact same way. I knew the moment I spoke with Katie that I made the right choice."
